My experience was great! One of the managers Lorie is very kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and well lit. When you are there during store hours, they have a K cup coffee maker, ice cream packs, and bottled water; as well as a small conference room available for use. Outside of the physical store hours, when you are in the storage unit themselves past 10pm or 10:30pm you can get locked inside, so pay attention to the time. Also, there was a power outage causing one of elevators to lose power. Otherwise, it’s a great facility!“
